About the role

With rapid growth, The Good Foundation is looking for some support with our CRM system Salesforce. We have implemented this system ourselves and have maintained it over the last 10 yeas, with a recent update connecting it to our ticketing system, Humanitix.

Salesforce is an important way for us to contact our participants about bookings and run reports to secure funding for our program.

To take this CRM to the next level, ensuring that it is being used to its full potential, we are looking for someone to assess where the platform is at, how it is currently being used, and what else we could be doing with it – specifically looking at installing the NPSP, curating a set-and-forget donation system, managing campaigns and creating a newsletter format. Technical skills building Salesforce accordingly would greatly support this process.

This role can be conducted remotely and is flexible regarding work hours.
