About the role
The CLAN Midland board guides strategic direction and helps to oversee the organisation’s financial, legal and risk management. Our current board members come from diverse backgrounds and have a wide range of experience. We are looking for new members who are passionate, experienced and ideally have skills in Finance/ Accounting, Marketing, Governance or Law.
Board members should support the objectives of CLAN Midland and be willing to work in the best interests of our organisation and the community we serve.
We currently have general board member roles available, as well as the Treasurer role. If you are interested in a leadership position, there will soon also be opportunity to nominate for the Chair, Vice Chair or Secretary role. This is an exciting time of transition for CLAN Midland and an opportunity for new board members to help shape the future of our organisation.
Evening board meetings are currently held every six weeks for approximately 1.5 hours, usually online or sometimes in Midland. All board positions are voluntary.
