About the role
The Lead Coach is a ‘can do’ possibility thinker, passionate about empowering people who have been disadvantaged and willing to think outside of the box. You will be willing to be trained in the Eight Doors Program.
The Lead Coach will work alongside the Founder Director in program development.
- Identify opportunities for the YYL program.
- With the founder speak with potential groups.
- Coach individuals either face to face or via internet technology.
- Assist the Director in developing and marketing the program.

Our core program The Eight Doors Program is an evidence-based strengths, solutions and skills focused training and coaching forming the basis of the Year of Your Life Program. This has been a successful program facilitated in Uganda Africa with associated organizations as well as East Gippsland Victoria.
The Year of Your Life Program offers Mindset Skills Coaching to mainly young persons who have been socio-economically challenged which assists them in developing and achieving their goals while providing lifelong psychological skills to flourish in any given situation.
