ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to a successful launch and growth period Mentoring Men (MM) has recently appointed its next-stage board, and as part of the succession plan, the Chairperson role is now being sourced. MM is seeking an experienced Chairperson who is keen to balance their skills, passions, and interests, matching the values of MM.

MM is keen to hear from people who bring a diverse perspective and can contribute to the role of Chairperson. Key selection criteria include experience in leading and managing Board meetings and affairs of the Board. Cooperating with the CEO and representing the public face of MM to its broader stakeholders and the community.
A commitment to the future of Mentoring Men and time to contribute actively to the work of the Board are fundamental requirements.
