About the role
As our organization has grown, we have recognized the need to develop strong policies around Coach and Mentor training as well as safeguarding our intellectual property through the application of Trade Mark for our Coaching and Training program. We are currently seeking a volunteer to assist in writing coach contracts as well as guiding us through necessary safeguards. This position will suit someone with strong legal experience, a retired lawyer or law student.

Shikodo Ltd is a not-for-profit organization that provides coaching and mentoring for socio- economically marginalized and disabled young persons in Australia and Uganda using our solutions, strengths and skills focused Eight Doors Program. The programs provide psychological skills and strengths awareness to build resilience and become solution focused.
Based in Sydney our Coaches and Mentors are trained and Accredited and work mainly voluntarily.
