About the role

We are running our first campaign for 2023 – aiming to deliver food and essential items to needy families within Brazil before Christmas. This role will be responsible for:

  • Manage delivery of food and essential items between partners and recipients within the timeframe agreed
  • Manage tendering process with suppliers, negotiating items on food hampers and best prices for bulk purchase
  • Ensure budget is met (including currency conversion from dollars to reais)
  • Bridge communication between suppliers and charity partners, informing availabilities, timings and managing deliveries to the recipients
  • Working closely with CASA Directors and also logistics lead locally in Brazil.
