About the role

The role involves light garden maintenance, staying on top of the weeds, with no mowing or heavy work. It mainly entails weeding, raking, removing sticks, small rocks and leaves, keeping the paths tidy, checking toys in the sandpit, raking, and sweeping the sand.

The child-friendly garden aims to create a back-to-nature play area for children ages 0-12 who want to enjoy time outside. Therefore, it is essential to enjoy being around children, be a friendly face, and be happy to have a chat.

Garden tools, sunhat and sunscreen are provided, and complimentary tea and coffee with a home slice or biscuit is always available.

The hours required ideally would be 2 to 4 hours weekly.
