We’re looking for two new Board Directors to join our committed governance team — with the possibility of future leadership roles such as Deputy Chair. Over time, and with mentoring, there may also be an opportunity to explore succession into the Chair role for the right person.
We especially welcome applicants with experience in:
- Not-for-profit governance and organisational development
- Digital strategy, innovation, or platform design
- Housing, ageing, social enterprise or advocacy

About the organisation
Homeshare Australia & New Zealand Alliance (HANZA Inc.) is the peak body for homesharing in our region.
Homeshare brings together people who need support to stay at home with people seeking affordable accommodation — creating mutually beneficial living arrangements that support ageing in place, independence, and housing security.
HANZA supports the development and sustainability of homeshare programs — we don’t deliver services directly. Our focus is on enabling others: individuals, communities, and organisations. We provide strategic leadership, advocacy, shared learning, and practical tools to help others lead successful homesharing initiatives.
