Key/Main Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn Profile Enhancement
  • Optimise and update the founder’s LinkedIn profile to reflect their professional journey, expertise, and commitment to THRIVE.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging with THRIVE’s mission and values.
  • Content Strategy
  • Collaborate with the founder to develop a content strategy for sharing relevant and engaging content on LinkedIn.
  • Create a content calendar that includes posts, articles, and comments to maintain an active and meaningful presence.
  • Content Creation
  • Craft and curate well-written articles, posts, and updates that highlight the founder’s experiences, achievements, and their connection to THRIVE.
  • Source or create relevant graphics, infographics, and visuals to accompany posts (should be able to use Canva/Photoshop).
  • Engagement and Networking:
  • Actively engage with the LinkedIn community by responding to comments, messages, and connection requests.
  • Help expand the founder’s professional network by connecting with industry professionals, potential partners, and stakeholders.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of LinkedIn activities, including reach, engagement, and followers.
  • Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of the personal branding efforts and suggest improvements.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of commercial experience (or equivalent) with content creation and social media best practices.
  • Fluency in written English.

Preferred Requirements

  • A strong understanding of LinkedIn and its features.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in personal branding for CXOs or senior executives.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and capable of working independently.
  • A desire to make a sustainable world.
  • A collaborative team player mindset. 
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills. 
  • Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
  • A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
