About the role
Peel ArtsConnect is seeking a proactive and strategic Funding & Grants Advisor to lead fundraising and grant development efforts that sustain and grow the organisation’s impact. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, or sponsorship development, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. This role involves crafting and executing fundraising strategies, identifying and securing grant opportunities, and managing reporting and compliance. The Advisor will engage with donors, sponsors, and funding bodies, effectively communicating the value and impact of Peel ArtsConnect’s programs. A solid understanding of nonprofit finance and a passion for the arts and community development are essential, along with a commitment to advancing creativity, inclusion, and accessibility through funding initiatives.
