The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic graphic designer with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:
- Champion new initiatives.
- Improve existing initiatives.
- Help shape our graphic design workflows.
- Meet regularly with team members.
- Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.
Your efforts will enrich our visual communications and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll work with our multimedia team to:
- Create images for our social media channels.
- Create assets for motion graphics outcomes.
- Other digital graphic design work as needed (i.e, publications, our website).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of commercial experience with Canva OR with the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator).
- 1+ years of commercial experience creating engaging graphics or illustrations within specific guidelines.
Preferred Requirements
- At least 2 years in a freelance or in-studio Graphic Design role.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
- Fluency in English.
- A desire to make a sustainable world.
- A collaborative team player mindset.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn new skills
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
- A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
- Ability to work from brief to completion, including mood boards, storyboards and style frames.
