The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic video editor with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.

As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Champion new initiatives.
  • Improve existing initiatives.
  • Help shape our video content strategy.
  • Meet regularly with team members.
  • Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines. 

Your efforts will enrich our video content and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.

Key/Main Responsibilities

  • Editing animated and live-action video content
  • Gathering stock footage for use in videos
  • Idea creation for new videos

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year of commercial experience (or equivalent) with:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere Pro).
    • Creating engaging video content within specific guidelines.
  • Bachelor Degree in Design, Media, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Requirements

  • At least 2 years in a freelance or in-studio Video Editor role.
  • Experience in editing video content for social media channels and/or YouTube.
  • Fluency in English (preferred).
  • A desire to make a sustainable world.
  • A collaborative team player mindset. 
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills. 
  • Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
  • A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
