The Office of Alumni Relations and Philanthropy (AR&P) is responsible for leadership and delivery of key strategic fundraising & engagement programs to support the priorities of ANU and for developing and sustaining positive relations with alumni and donors.
AR&P is now embarking on a further stage of exciting growth including the revitalisation and further development of the Advancement Services team.
The Data Services Manager will be responsible for the integrity, development, maintenance and training on the University’s alumni and donor database Raiser’s Edge, while effectively managing a small team to deliver high level customer service. The role will develop and implement enrichment, analytics, reporting & training frameworks that optimise the use of the database, providing high level input to management and strategy across AR&P.
A proven ability to effectively optimise business outcomes through the use of sophisticated systems and reporting mechanisms is essential, while demonstrated experience in the management, implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems/databases, including associated training programs, will ensure success in this role.
