About the role
Responsibilities will include:
•General telephone and face to face reception duties
•Booking client appointments and processing payments
•Keeping up to date records on a client management system
•General administrative support for staff
About you
Having qualifications and/or experience in administration, and very good communication and interpersonal skills. You will be proficient in word, excel, utilising emails, and assessing new clients’ needs in accessing LifeWorks services or programs. You will enjoy being part of a team and have capacity to work within timeframes. An attention to detail, initiative and a friendly manner is essential.
