About the role
Are you seeking a role where you can use your analysis, consulting and people skills to make a difference? We want to hear from you. We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Sydney team.
Here at the Australian Network on Disability, we have a small team of passionate, hard-working Relationship Managers (RM) contributing to changing and improving the disability confidence of organisations in Australia. Our Relationship Managers consult with our member organisations across Australia to partner and guide them to attract and retain talented and skilled employees with disability and to tap into their entire customer base – including people with disability. At the Network, we consult across the whole of business to ensure the equitable inclusion of people with disability.
The role of an RM is a unique one – there is no other role like it in Australia. We are a world-leading member organisation seeking committed, creative and innovative professionals with experience building and managing relationships to creatively consult with our members. The role requires the successful applicant to manage a number of the Network’s members and guide and influence them to create change and have impact on the inclusion of people with disability.
This inclusion role requires a consultative approach, an ability to learn all that the Network knows and the ability to craft a bespoke solution for our members. Analysis skills are key to this role; analysing what our members do or need and providing accurate, relevant, global best practice recommendations. This role is extremely varied – no one day will be the same. You will, over time, have the opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of projects, create learning content and solutions, deliver our training, manage quarterly events and really play to your strengths – or develop new strengths.
Key deliverables of the role
- Assisting members to develop and achieve their diversity and inclusion goals as they relate to people with disability
- Undertake analysis and report back to members on practices, policies, procedures and action plans.
- Design and deliver programs, training, educational and promotional events
- Deliver customised services, information and referrals to members in a time effective and high quality manner
- Develop and manage projects with multiple stakeholders
The Network has a lot to offer the right person for this busy role. Are you seeking a change and feel a ‘for purpose’ organisation is for you? If so, we want to hear from you.
We are an inclusive employer and encourage applications from candidates with disability, and other diverse groups. Decisions are never based on stereotypical assumptions or personal characteristics or circumstances.
