Are you a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Lead looking for your next challenge? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated person to join our Growth & Projects team based at Coburg.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving strategic initiatives, fostering growth and managing projects that contribute to the organisations overall mission. You are a systems thinker who has a passion for evidence-based work, research and evaluation.
The role will also:
- Coordinate and contribute to business development activities, including program design, resource development/review.
- Lead a small team, creating a collaborative culture that supports the strengthening of an evidence-based culture within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement growth strategies that align with the AOD, MH and Carer Services Division
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring the successful delivery of outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.

What’s on offer

About you
You will have relevant postgraduate tertiary qualifications (e.g. Health Sciences, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work) as well as:
- Extensive understanding and experience working in the Alcohol and other Drug Sector, Mental Health sector
- Experience coordinating community services projects, including research, evaluation and service development programs
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
- Research literacy and ability to translate research into practice
- Demonstrated experience preparing written communications and presenting to diverse audiences including both internal and external stakeholders
