We are a community service organisation delivering disability services and children services across New South Wales. Our mission is to provide opportunities for growth, development, support and security for people and their communities.
We can offer you the opportunity to make a real difference in your community at a senior level. You’ll gain exposure to new challenges and will develop your skills and knowledge. You’ll also expand your networks and gain a new perspective.

Working in a small team, the Board is responsible for the overall strategic direction and works with management in setting strategies for the organisation. The organisation is based in Lismore in the Northern Rivers. Board meetings are conducted monthly online (using a variety of media such as Skype) so there is no requirement for volunteers to live locally.
The areas of expertise we are looking for include: finance, accounting, auditing, risk management, quality management, human resources, change management, fundraising, marketing, legal and governance as they relate to the not for profit sector.
Appointment terms are for 3 years with the option of a further 2 terms.
People from Indigenous, culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
