Program Leader – Professional & Organisational Development

• A strong team leader, with great organisational and project management ability
• Knowledge and skills relevant to working with refugee survivors of torture and trauma

We are seeking a program leader who can deliver an established program who has management skills, a collaborative leadership style and ability to work with and engage multiple stakeholders in order to support health and community services in their work with refugee survivors of torture and trauma.

The VFST Professional & Organisational Development program is now well established and has a good reputation across a range of sectors. The Program Leader will be required to implement the strategic plan, managing the day-to-day work and leading a professional team to support organisations and practitioners in their work with refugee survivors of torture and trauma.

Remuneration is based on our Enterprise Agreement 2014 up to $95,994 gross per annum. Benefits include generous salary packaging, leave loading, and a range of flexible working options, a highly supportive team environment, excellent training, support and development opportunities.
