The Synod of NSW and the ACT is incorporated under an Act of Parliament and includes a Property Trust which effectively owns all the assets of the Synod of NSW and the ACT. The Synod of NSW and the ACT is comprised of four boards: Uniting, Uniting Mission and Education, Uniting Resources and Treasury and Investment Services.
