About the role
Early Intervention Services (EIS) Manager is a part time (4 days a week/0.8 FTE), ongoing position based in Wagga Wagga, NSW.
Reporting to the Riverina Murray Regional Manager, EIS Manager is expected to develop, maintain and manage the quality of service delivery and clinical standards of the Early Intervention Services (Counselling, Relationship Education and Specialised Family Violence programs), ensuring that the outcomes and outputs of all EIS program contracts are met and delivered within budgetary and legislative constraints, while leading a team of professionals. The selected candidate will be required to represent and promote RACR and its policy positions at industry forums and networking events, work to influence policy directions in the community sector, contribute to government consultation meetings and processes.
To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:
– An appropriate tertiary qualification in management, social science, counselling, clinical work or a related area.
– Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and supervising staff in the community sector or a not for profit organisation.
– Demonstrated experience and skills in clinical practice in the counselling, family violence and group work areas

Salary & Benefits
The salary on offer is in the range of $89,679.44 to $93,366.03 per annum for full-time plus superannuation. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.
According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
