Coeliac Australia aims to build and disseminate knowledge, empower and build confident communities and to influence decision makers to achieve continuous improvement in the lives of people affected by coeliac disease.
About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced CEO to provide strong leadership to an organisation which is embarking on a significant change to its organisational structure and operating model. This is a great time to have significant influence in shaping Coeliac Australia’s future direction. The Chief Executive Officer is accountable to the Board to lead and manage all aspects of Coeliac Australia. Working closely with the Board, the CEO will drive the achievement of the strategic plan and collaborate with all stakeholders in order to facilitate the organisation’s transformational goals.
Primary Responsibilities will include:
• Management and oversight of all aspects of Coeliac Australia and its state offices;
• Increase revenue diversity to drive long term sustainability;
• Drive continuous improvement by achievement of operational plans to support strategic goals;
• Facilitate, influence and drive planned organisational change;
• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance Coeliac Australia’s position as the peak body in Australia for coeliac disease and the gluten free diet.
Salary Package is negotiable. Melbourne or Sydney location preferred.
