ABOUT THE TEAM
The People & Culture Team (PaC) partner with the business through a number of functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organisational Development, Employee Services, PaC Business Partnering and Work, Health and Safety. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be part of the Talent Acq uisition team based primarily in our Ashfield office. Our diverse team is highly engaged and driven to really make a difference to the communities we serve by delivering great talent to our business.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
We are looking for a motivated and talented administrator who has strong attention to details and thrives on working in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for providing all round administration support to the talent Acquisition Team, including but not limited to;
Your main duties would include:
- Completing reference checks
- Conducting Police Checks, VEVO and Working with Children Checks
- Managing the onboarding documentation for new starters on HR Onboard
- Booking of Interview Rooms
- Creating new employees files
- Updating the recruitment mailbox on a daily basis
- Request ID badges for new starters
- Responding to candidates queries via telephone, email and LiveHire
- Assisting with all general administration for the talent acquisition team including the filing and scanning of confidential documentation
- Other Ad Hoc duties
