About the role
RMIT now seeks a new Associate Director, Philanthropy, an integral role within the RMIT University Alumni and Philanthropy Office leadership team, who will manage all aspects of fundraising activity at RMIT. In close collaboration with the Director, the Associate Director will be responsible for building a philanthropic culture at RMIT and the capacity and involvement of key staff to drive philanthropic outcomes.
Your demonstrable track record in philanthropy program management gained within a large and complex organisation will be matched by your extensive management experience, with the ability to engage and empower staff to achieve outcomes. Your exemplary stakeholder management skills will ensure you are able to communicate and influence effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
