About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced leader to head up the College’s Research, Policy and Advocacy units.
In this newly created role, you will take the lead in developing, implementing and managing the evaluation and monitoring framework, activities and structures. Whilst building the College’s reputation as a provider of high quality research and evidence based policy advice, you will also help to identify funding or collaborative research opportunities.
Ideally, you will be experienced in managing and motivating a team. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to build relationships and collaborate with varied stakeholders.
It is assumed that the successful applicant will have relevant post-graduate qualifications coupled with experience in attracting grant and funding for research activities.
