Rural Workforce Agency Victoria is a vital Government-funded NFP dedicated to meeting the priority health needs of rural and Aboriginal communities. RWAV aims to build local primary health workforce capability to ensure rural and remote communities can access the right health professionals at the right time, with the right skills and qualifications.
About the role
As CEO reporting to a capable Board, you will be strategic and outcomes-driven, agile and adaptable, and able to champion RWAV to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You will help develop the strategic plan, oversee day-to-day operations, maintain and develop quality services and programs, and have regular liaison with government and other stakeholder bodies as the face of the organisation.
This pivotal position demands a CEO with demonstrated expertise in leading a comparable organisation – preferably in health and community services – who will develop and maintain a positive culture that is reflected in employee performance and ability to meet organisation objectives.
