Nexus is looking for an energetic member of our newly established NDIS team.

Let’s talk about the role

The NDIS Navigator will be the face of Nexus to clients and other NDIS service providers.

They will be instrumental in developing our NDIS processes by working closely with their Team Leader and other members of the NDIS Working Party.

They will pride themselves on providing exemplary customer service.

Let’s talk about you

You have excellent customer service experience and are proficient in the Microsoft suite of services. Experience with Client Management software such as TrakCare would be a bonus.

An understanding and experience with NDIS planning and service delivery would be highly regarded; likewise experience working with people with a disability and mental illness.

Tertiary qualifications in social work, disability services, allied health or social sciences are preferred.
