Reporting to the Board of UIA Victoria you will manage a small team, with strong support from dedicated volunteers. Key responsibilities embrace

This pivotal role demands an experienced executive with proven business development skills, who can build relationships, motivate teams and communicate effectively at all levels. Fundraising will occupy more than 50% of your time, so you will need to be a dynamic go-getter with sound business skills who can build credibility and deliver results to achieve the best outcomes for the people of Israel.
