Northern Territory Correctional Services (NTCS) is seeking to fill the role of a Safety and Security Manager. The position will be responsible for the leadership and overarching coordination of security and safety strategies and systems, programs, processes and initiatives across the NTCS Division.

The position will lead the development and implementation of an NTCS WHS security and safety framework and system, provide effective oversight and governance of a reporting framework to ensure compliance with all WHS legislation, policies and procedures.

This position will oversee WHS and Security at Darwin and Alice Springs Correctional Centres, including Work Camps, Community Corrections regional offices and Head Office.  The successful applicant will required to have extensive knowledge, experience and application of security, safety and risk management approaches.
