Northern Territory Correctional Services (NTCS) is seeking to fill the role of General Manager Community Corrections. Community Corrections provides assessment, monitoring and supervision services to community-based offenders to ensure compliance with orders issued by the Courts and the Parole Board. Community Corrections has five regional offices and five remote offices and employs over 150 staff.

NTCS is looking for an exceptional leader with a proven track record and experience in correctional services demonstrating a capacity and capability to lead and provide strategic leadership to Community Corrections functions. The successful applicant requires extensive experience in developing, coordinating and evaluating complex policy and strategic initiatives across a Portfolio consistent with Government objectives. Contribute to the strategic direction and priorities of the Division, and lead and coordinate the business planning, strategy development and budgetary process for the Division and ensure alignment with objectives of the Department and Government.
