The Carriageworks Artistic Program is ambitious, risk taking and provides significant support to leading Australian and international artists through commissioning and presenting contemporary work. About the role
We are seeking a Curator, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Programs to work closely with Carriageworks Director, Programs in the planning and delivery of projects within the Carriageworks Artistic Program. The Curator, Aboriginal Programs will be responsible for curating and delivering a range of Indigenous contemporary multi-artform works. This position will provide high level support to the delivery of the Solid Ground Program.
This is an identified Aboriginal position. Carriageworks considers that being Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander is a genuine occupational requirement for this position under section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).
