Who are we?
Emerald Hill Toy Library provides a not-for-profit, member-based toy lending service to residents of the City of Port Phillip and surrounding areas. Emerald Hill Toy Library operates under the governance of a volunteer Management Committee whose members have a wide range of experience, expertise and backgrounds.
We currently operate two independent toy libraries within the City of Port Phillip – Middle Park Toy Library located on Richardson St, Middle Park and South Melbourne Toy Library located on Clarendon St, South Melbourne.
Our aim is to provide a broad range of quality toys that encourage families to play together and raise awareness of the importance and value of play in early childhood development.
