About the opportunity
The Team Leader will establish and lead a dedicated team working with Consortium members, multiple community sector stakeholders and Homes Victoria to deliver housing and wrap around support to those experiencing homelessness as a result of the Covid 19 global pandemic. Taking a consumer centred approach, building collaborative relationships and allocating resources across Central Highlands and Western District this role is a real opportunity to tackle homelessness and make a long lasting impact in the region.

About you
A motivational team manager, you are dynamic, resourceful, highly organised, great at building relationships and determined to get the job done. You have considerable expertise and knowledge of housing and homelessness services as well as the broader community sector. You have a Diploma of Welfare or equivalent tertiary qualification and proven management experience leading a team, coordinating integrated models of support and working with consumers with multiple complex needs. You are values driven, empathic but persistent in achieving high quality outcomes for the most vulnerable in our community. You are flexible and adaptable to working remotely and across multiple locations.
