- Attractive VPS 4.1 salary between $85,279 – $96,759 + superannuation
- 12-month fixed term, part-time (22.8 hours per week) based in Melbourne CBD

About the opportunity
Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager, your key accountabilities will include:
- Develop and execute a Trust and Foundation schedule and program in line with the Philanthropy strategy to ensure a sustainable income stream
- Identify and articulate key projects and funding opportunities
- Write, submit, report and acquit successful funding applications
- Build the donor pipeline and steward valued existing and prospective relationships
- Meet agreed quarterly key performance indicators and annual targets to grow a sustainable income stream
- Draft high quality grant applications in accordance with the requirements for funding bodies
- Prepare forecasts, progress reports and acquittals
- Foster and maintain relationships with granting bodies
- Ensure all data relating to the grant process is accurately recorded within the database
- Assist with stewardship opportunities that may arise with the expansion of the donor pipeline
About you
You will have extensive experience within the philanthropic sector, with experience of working with Trusts and Foundations.
You will be able demonstrate a track record in meeting fundraising targets and have experience identifying grant opportunities aligned to organisational aims and strategies.
Your project management skills will allow up to manage priorities, provide accurate reports and develop donor pipelines.
Your collaborative and interpersonal skills will enable you to work with colleagues from across the organisation; build relationships with funding bodies and their trustees; and assist in donor stewardship.
