Established in 1993 by the Myer Foundation, the Cranlana Programme – as it was called then - was created to promote informed discussion about responsible and ethical leadership.
Over the past 30 years thousands of Australian leaders have experienced Cranlana’s distinctive approach to leadership development across our many programs, including the centre-piece Executive Colloquium and more recently the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship.
Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership is now a partnership between Monash University, The Myer Foundation and Vincent Fairfax Ethics in Leadership Foundation.

The Head of Programs is responsible for refining and adapting Cranlana’s core program, and for developing and delivering tailored programs for a diverse range of clients, participants and alumni.
The role works closely with the CEO, Board and the Cranlana team, along with a highly experienced group of sessional moderators and partners across the University, to ensure that Cranlana’s programs find the most impactful balance between foundational philosophical frameworks and contemporary, diverse voices that represent 21st century Australia.
