Autism Queensland provides a comprehensive range of education, therapy and support services to assist children and adults on the autism spectrum, their families, carers and others supporting and working with them. Delivering services and support state-wide from centres in Brisbane at Sunnybank Hills and Brighton, and from Gladstone, Rockhampton, Mackay and Cairns. Autism Queensland also operates an accredited, independent school with two campuses in Brisbane and one in Cairns and are involved in a variety of research programs in collaboration with universities and the Cooperative Research Centre for Living with Autism.

Leading a range of outward facing functions including revenue generation, business development, marketing, communications and brand, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, philanthropy and grants and advocacy, the Chief Growth and Innovation will collaborate with the CEO, the Board and peers to identify commercialisation opportunities and execute on strategy that aims to grow geographically, diversify revenue streams, establish a Foundation, expand service delivery and establish sector partnerships and a community of supporters.
