About the role
Working in our Business Intelligence Team, you will utilise your skills to extract, interpret, and maintain data including the development and distribution of reports to stakeholders of Carers Queensland, to support organisation functions and decision making and meet contractual reporting requirements
The successful candidate will work within a small team conducting these important business activities:

- Assist develop and distribute internal management reports.
- Assist with business process mapping, review and improvement.
- Assist with system administration of core business and reporting systems
- Assist with the completion of prescribed reports to external parties and funding bodies
- Collaborate with other business professionals to maintain standards and functionality
About You – Do you have?
- Formal Qualifications in business and/or information technology is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in the analysis and management of data, and the development and distribution of reports.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and liaison, business process mapping, review and improvement.
- Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and apply them to reporting frameworks.
- High level problem solving and organisational skills including the ability to multi-task, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to extract various needs of project stakeholders to develop a data management and reporting framework in accordance with business need.
- High level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult, liaise and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, AXcelerate Training system; Power BI would be well regarded.
- Knowledge or understanding of government reporting platforms (eg DEX) is desirable.

- Attractive Remuneration Package – base salary $89,057.00 per annum ($44.92 p.h.)
