About the role

Are you ready to lead the service delivery operations of a dynamic, growing, and innovative organisation? Accoras is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Service Delivery Officer to drive their mission of delivering exceptional services to those in need.

As the Chief Service Delivery Officer, you will be at the forefront of the organisation’s operations. You will be responsible for overseeing and refining the service delivery strategy, ensuring seamless coordination, and maximising the efficiency and impact of services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with executive management to develop and implement a forward-looking service delivery strategy that aligns with the organisation’s mission and values
  • Enhancing and streamlining service delivery processes, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for clients and staff
  • Establishing performance metrics and continuously monitoring and evaluating delivery service outcomes to identify areas for improvement
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and maintain high-quality standards across all delivery service channels
  • Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and accountability
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery partnerships

We would expect your experience to be underpinned by qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or similar, with proven experience in service delivery leadership, preferably in healthcare or mental health environments.  Operational acumen, utilising a data-driven approach to optimise processes and ensure operational excellence is central to your approach.
