Accoras is seeking a visionary Chief Corporate Services Officer to lead their corporate operations. Reporting to the CEO, and as a key member of the leadership team, you will lead all corporate functions to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement corporate strategies that align with Accoras’ mission, vision, and values
- Driving financial growth and stability through sound financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Optimising corporate processes to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
- Mitigating risks and challenges, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and growth, empowering our dedicated staff to achieve their full potential.
- Forging strong collaborations with stakeholders, partners, and community organisations to increase the organisation’s reach.
It is anticipated that you would be CPA or CA qualified, with proven experience in executive leadership roles, preferably gained in a corporate services role within the human services or healthcare sectors. The ability to envisage and execute strategies that push the boundaries of excellence coupled with strong financial management skills and a keen eye for resource optimisation will support your success.
