About the role
- Leadership role in a highly respected Australian NFP
- Deliver a range of fundraising & donor engagement events
- Full time position in Sydney, flexible working
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline or demonstrated transferable skills in a similar role,
- 3 years’ experience leading a fundraising team to successfully deliver campaigns and events,
- Previous experience developing strategy, event planning and budgeting,
- Experience with fundraising tools, digital platforms and developing engaging donor journeys,
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate,
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholders,
- Ability to lead, support and mentor a team,
- Excellent time and project management skills to manage multiple events, campaigns and competing
deadlines.
