Your focus will be on:
- Meeting Management: Setting Board meeting agendas in consultation with the Chairperson and CEO, and distributing materials to Board members.
- Record-Keeping and Minutes: Taking minutes of general meetings, and noting clear action items. This includes record-keeping for ASIC lodgements.
- Compliance and Documentation: Record keeping, including lodgements with ASIC
To be a successful Candidate, you will bring:
- A background in law, commerce, or a related discipline (either completed or currently studying)
- Reliable and proactive coordination skills for preparing Board and Members meetings, and fulfilling statutory reporting obligations
- A strong interest in social impact and a genuine passion for the not-for-profit sector
