We are undertaking a landmark $1.3 billion renewal, led by the creation of our new museum, Powerhouse Parramatta; expansion of Powerhouse Castle Hill; the heritage revitalisation of the iconic Powerhouse Museum, Ultimo; and the ongoing operation of Sydney Observatory.
About the role
We’re seeking a fantastic Development Coordinator to join our team. The Powerhouse is Australia’s largest museum group and is undergoing a major renewal across five platforms: Powerhouse Parramatta, Powerhouse Ultimo, Powerhouse Castle Hill, Sydney Observatory and Powerhouse Digital. The Development Coordinator role provides administrative support to the sponsorship and philanthropy team, including financial processes with donors and sponsors, contract administration, CRM management (Tessitura), reporting and analytics. You’ll also help deliver stakeholder events, develop campaign materials, research prospects, and streamline internal systems.
