Join one of Australia’s leading conservation organisations in this exciting position as part of the Marketing and Fundraising team. Bush Heritage Australia is a private conservation organisation protecting millions of hectares of land of a high conservation value, across the country. This is thanks to our donors who support us both through our Friends of the Bush regular giving program and one-off gifts.

The Supporter Relations Team Leader plays a critical role in building strong relationships between Bush Heritage supporters and the organisation’s conservation work. The role is responsible for a small team that provides excellent customer service to supporters by phone, electronic communications and in person. The role contributes to the financial stability and security of the organisation by ensuring the accuracy and security of all financial transactions and the development and implementation of programs within the Supporter Relations environment that positively impact revenue. The Supporter Relations Team Leader also has a critical role in the design, configuration and documentation of business processes and CRM systems for Supporter Relations.

To be successful the Supporter Relations Team Leader will need to develop a team that is focused on the highest possible customer service standards, ensures the integrity of our database, takes responsibility for accuracy and security of donations, and develops effective and efficient processes to manage supporter engagement and transaction processing.

The Supporter Relations Team Leader reports to the Supporter Relations and Data Manager and works closely with the Database, Marketing and Finance Teams, as well as regularly collaborating and engaging with staff across the organisation.
