Vision Australia has an exciting Full Time opportunity available for a Service Engagement Consultant to join our multi-disciplinary team.

The purpose of the position is to engage with participants and assist them to achieve their goals and aspirations through the development, management and evaluation of service agreements in collaboration with the client, organisation and the funding body. This position involves engaging with a number of internal and external stakeholders, including service users, the National Disability Insurance Agency, My Aged Care, health services and community based organisations. Through promoting Vision Australia services and establishing strong partnerships, this role will deliver effective customer service, while maximising revenue opportunities. This role will create and nurture strong linkages between the NDIA and Vision Australia, as well as other relevant stakeholders.

The successful applicant will work from our Epping office primarily supporting the Sydney North and North West region as required.
