MacKillop Family Services is currently seeking an innovative and contemporary Chief Executive Officer to lead this vibrant and growing child safe agency in the delivery of programs and services that provide the best possible outcomes for children, youth and families in need.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead, manage and build the organisation’s capability and capacity to deliver excellent, client focused, responsive and innovative services, aligned with MacKillop’s values, ethos and commitments. The CEO will engage with the Board to drive the strategic direction, vision and growth of the agency, and foster strategic stakeholder relationships.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and visionary leader, with a commitment to the values and ethos of MacKillop. You will be highly action orientated, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically and pragmatically. You will be proactive and adaptive, with the demonstrable capability to lead high quality service delivery, assess emerging trends and leverage opportunities. The successful candidate will possess exceptional advocacy and influencing skills, and the ability to engage with all relevant stakeholders and drive industry change.
MacKillop Family Services, a Catholic community agency, is a leading provider of services for children, young people and families in Victoria and NSW and is establishing a presence in Western Australia. MacKillop delivers programs including Home Based and Residential Care, Disability Services, Youth Support, Education and Training, Family Support and support of women and men who as children were in the care of their founding agencies.
