About the role

As the Program Coordinator you are responsible for driving a high performance culture within your team. The role will involve a high level of staff supervision and requires the ability to positively influence team morale, deliver a superior service to both job seekers and employers and ensure contractual outcomes are met. The role will be responsible for 3 sites across the Westgate and Calder Employment Services Areas.

About you

• The successful applicant will possess the following experience and attributes:
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff and to operate as an effective team member
• Results orientated approach with demonstrated experience in achieving performance targets and compliance standards
• Exceptional people management skills including a sound understanding of performance management and work health and safety issues
• Qualification in Administration, Business, Commerce or Social Sciences and a minimum 2 years’ experience in employment services
• Working with Children Check and current and valid Victorian Drivers Licence
• Well-developed communication and organisational skills.
