About the role
• In collaboration with the Senior Executive – Programs, support the strategic development and positioning of the Schools’ Program within the organisation and broader sector. Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure cross portfolio integration as required.
• Develop the Schools’ Program Annual Operational Plan, Policy and Procedure and oversight delivery against program measures and performance targets.
• In collaboration with the HR Manager, carry out human resource management (HRM) functions; effectively communicate program expectations and outcomes to team members in a timely and clear fashion; and carry out performance coaching and management.
• Support the development of program evaluation and the Social Impact Measurement Framework including the development of measures that enable White Ribbon Australia to demonstrate the impact of prevention programs.
• Leadership of the Schools’ Program budget management process to inform the annual budget within appropriate timeframes and against Board / CEO expectations.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support across other Portfolios as required.
