Inspired Adventures is the leading adventure fundraising agency in Australia and New Zealand, partnering with Australian and international charities to create and manage fundraising adventures around the world.

Since the first Inspired Adventure, we have raised over $23 million, coordinated over 400 charity challenges across 20 countries and engaged more than 4,000 community fundraisers.

Our product / service directly raises funds for charities and non-profits.

Staff Volunteering

All staff members have the opportunity to become Inspired Adventures Team Leaders, accompanying teams on charity challenge events.

We encourage staff Team Leaders to consider fundraising for the charity they are accompanying, and actively promote and support staff fundraising activities. The highest amount fundraised by a staff member was $80,000!

Partnerships

We have partnered with over 150 Australian and New Zealand charity partners, creating and managing their charity challenge portfolios. Since 2005, we have raised over $23 million for these partners and the many important causes they represent.

We review the on-going social and environmental impact of the majority of our significant suppliers.

For example, we review our ground operators responsible travel policies, codes of conduct, risk management policies and policies relevant to the protection of children, animals and the environment.

Environment

Our office facilitates the use of public transport, as well as biking / walking or running to work. We are located 10 minutes from Town Hall Station and major buses. We provide staff with an on-site shower, laundry, storage facilities and bike racks.

We host monthly training treks around NSW, encouraging staff members to explore the various national parks nearby.

Recycling

We have a company-wide recovery and recycling program that includes paper, cardboard, plastic and our printer cartridges and supplies.

Turia’s Great Wall Challenge 2014

In June 2014 Interplast Ambassador and inspirational public figure, Turia Pitt, joined a team of adventurers to trek the Great Wall of China. Walking in the footsteps of warriors, poets and emperors, together they discovered one of the great wonders of the modern world, raising funds of over $175,000 for Interplast!
