Details

This 1-day workshop is designed to provide knowledge and understanding of the nature of anger in the context of adolescents and young people. It develops the ability to employ practical strategies and develop strong communication skills to address these issues should they arise.

It is a strengths-based and solution-focused program to engage young people with confidence through the ‘Renavigating Anger and Guilty Emotions’ workshop. It is both hands-on and practical to provide the tools to creatively deal with adolescent anger issues.

Learning objectives
•Learn the many faces of anger and the four T’s that make up the anger cycle
•Ability to identify and form healthy expressions of anger in adolescents
•Understand how guilt is an important part of the anger cycle and ways to deal with guilt
•Explore the importance of relaxation, exercise and diet for adolescents
