In this 60-minute webinar, find out how you can empower your workforce and workplace to succeed in the New Work Order.

The world of work is in a massive transition to an ever more global, technology driven, flexible economy in which whole progressions are being altered, new professions are coming into existence and traditional jobs are being swallowed by automation.

Young Australians are increasingly seeking out purpose over financial gain when it comes to employment, with over 88% of people under 25 increasingly searching for job opportunities with a social focus. But over 65% of young people also indicate that they don’t have access to training opportunities within these fields.

So how do we, as not-for-profit organisations, create meaningful opportunities to engage and harness that energy to drive our industry forward?

The answer, in part, lies in shifting our mindset when it comes to work, to think beyond whether a new hire is right for one job, to consider whether their skills and passions could benefit the organisation as a whole.

Join FYA Deputy CEO, Alecia Rathbone CPA, in discussion with IWDA Accountant, Chelsea Collins, to develop a deeper understanding about the changing landscape of work and what it means for the NFP sector. The data shows that no sector or profession is immune to these changes. As a finance leader in the for purpose sector, Alecia will talk to the impact we are seeing on the social sector and the accounting profession now and what is expected to come.

This webinar is presented in partnership with CPA Australia.
