There are many benefits to working with other Not for Profit’s – from accessing funding to increasing your organisation’s reach in the community. However it’s important to understand the legal consequences of different working arrangements and what they might mean for your organisation.

This webinar will

  • Outline the legal options available for formally working with other organisations, from MOU through to merger
  • Highlight key legal issues organisations should consider when working together (e.g. client files and privacy)

Suitable for

People involved in not-for-profit community organisations of all sizes and legal structures, including unincorporated groups.

This Executive Webinar is proudly presented by RedBack Conferencing.
